Backup Withholding

The Internal Revenue Service requires EnerQuest to withhold 28% of revenues unless you have provided us with a valid social security or tax identification number.

Form 1099 Miscellaneous Income Statement

Mailed to your address of record by January 31st of each year, reflecting royalty payments for the prior calendar year. We do not send duplicate revenue supporting statements.
